Montana Sportsmen Alliance is unequivocally against HB 258 and HB 259. Once again, completely unethical!

Statutorily fixing wolf seasons into pup-rearing time is ridiculous. Where do you think Montana will be when they start burning out dens to get a reward bounty? Remember the public bison slaughter kickback?

We are serious about ethics, unlike folks like Paul Fielder and Pat Taber, who are so anti-predator that they will stoop so low as to come up with bullshit like these two bills.

Remember MSA’s position: we are in favor of the harvest of wolves but believe it should be ethical as decided by our biologists (not someone claiming to be).
